SciFi and Fantasy Art: Into the Clouds

The dragon soars far away from the mortal eye. Up into the clouds there is silence. The cold wet air cleans the scales and wipes away pain. Down on the earth, dragons cannot exist nobody believes in them. Up here the clouds know the truth, up in the clouds I will remain.

The one thing I noticed right away is the pose, it looks somewhat as if the dragon is leaning on the dark part of the mountain, but yet in mid-air. Also, the dragon's left wing is short than the other, It seems as if you ran out of paper and cut it short. I know you probably wanted me to see the whole wing, but instead it just seems incomplete. But enough, you did a great job, your strong points are coloring, and detail, I would just concentrate on composition.
